Return Policy 

Only unwashed, unused items may be returned. Washed or worn items, and used items are not returnable. Items must be in new condition. 

Returns are at customer’s expense; return shipping is not refundable. Old World Kids does not provide return labels at this time. Returns must be mailed within 30 days of receipt.

Please enclose original receipt or order number and allow 2 weeks from receiving your return for processing.

Old World Kids is a scent free business. Items with strong scents including scented laundry products, smoke/vape, deodorizer, perfume, essential oils, candles etc. may be refused. Items received dirty, damaged or containing pet hair will be refused. Items deemed not returnable will be donated. 

Old World Kids is not responsible for packages we do not receive. Please use a trackable method and insure your package at your own discretion. Thank you so much.
